We lost Tex.

Tex the hamster died yesterday. Tex entered our home in September of 2003 and lived longer than the average hamster. He was dearly loved by his caretaker, Emelie. You can’t fathom that a child could grieve over a hamster as she did. She questioned even her ability to care for him properly. We assured her she was the bestest. So long Tex, it was a good 3 years and 4 months, you old man.
