   How in the world do I download it???

   There should be a download link somewhere - either a text-link or a hyperlinked button.

   Yep, there sure is, however I have tried to download it and winzip seems to think that I need to purchase it.

   Any other way?

   I didn’t know that these needed purchased. I guess I should have checked further.

   OH no, THOSE at the WordPress Theme Viewer are free; completely free.

   I thought some at wpSnap might be linked to places that charge.

   I was able to download and unzip the tulip-10 one with no issues at all.

   If you’ll send me (via email, of course) your FTP information I can upload the theme for you (that is, if you can’t get it unzipped).
