Am I the only one that is glad to finally find some use for Cauliflower? Because up until now I was absolutely clueless. Surely no one EATS that stuff.

I love this idea. A perfect use for cauliflower, IMO. My 8 year old LOVES cauliflower. Yeah, I don’t get it either.

really? my monkey and i love cauliflower. almost as much as we love broccoli. i think it’s because broccoli was a main ingredient in almost everything i ate for dinner while i was pregnant and nursing her. YUM!

Girl, you’re crazy! Cauliflower raw, dipped in ranch dressing, is so delicious! (What’s that you say? I’m weird? Meh, it’s not the first indication.) But seriously, I love raw cauliflower - I believe I inherited that trait from my Dad. =)

I love cauliflower - in fact, it’s one of the few veggies I’ll actually eat. I also eat brussel sprouts.

Veggies I won’t eat? Peas and corn. Guh-ross.

I love cauliflower (raw…don’t you dare cook that stuff!) but I can also see where painting with it would be fun too.

Dude, I LOVE CAULIFLOWER! raw, cooked, whatever!

I ate very few vegetables as a child, mainly carrots, cucumbers, and iceberg lettuce. One of the only other veggies I would eat was raw cauliflower, dipped in ranch dressing.

But it also makes lovely art. :-)

Toss Cauliflower in a little olive oil and some curry, then bake until it is golden and just starting to crisp. *swoon* Or, douse it with cheese. What isn’t good doused with cheese?

I looove raw cauliflower with a little bit of salt. or a lot, if I’m feeling particularly bad. I’ve never had it with ranch like other commenters, but I imagine that must be good too. Great, now I’m hungry for it!

Yuck. Hubby and kids love it, so I suck it up and make it sometimes. Yuck.
But cool things to do with it!

And I love the new OMSH graphic

Have you seen the weird orange-colored cauliflower with bright green leaves? Our HEB often has it right between the broccoli and the cauliflower in the produce section. I’m always tempted to get some, but it’s really pricey and I’m scared that it’ll taste like Cheetos. That would be SO WRONG.

My sister actually creams cauliflower and then mixes it in mashed potatoes. Apparently it takes on the flavor of the potatoes but adds lots of vitamins. Her kids have no clue what they are eating. Just a thought ;-)

Oh my larry - I am convinced that all of you are aliens. Cauliflower is right up there with canned asparagus.

    NASTY.

Please - should I visit your town? DO NOT (I beg of you.) serve me cauliflower.

  14. LizP

I love cauliflower - but only cooked … baked with cheese, sauted, steamed. Yummy!

However, I promise should you ever visit Oregon I will not serve you cauliflower! :-)
