There has been a considerable amount of lazy, cuddle time going on around OMSHville lately. Is there anything better than slipping back into a mussed-up bed with soft, cool sheets and a lightweight cotton blanket on these warm summer days? I think not.

The ceiling fan whirrs about my head and a cup of coffee or freshly squeezed glass of lemonade is close at hand. Lots of pillows fluffed up and squished about me and the pages of a favorite book or magazine tempts me away for an hour or so.

Or y’know, until soft, tanned little bodies wiggle, squiggle and yes, even giggle alongside of me. Then, a new kind of creature comfort comes into play; the best kind.

It’s all good.

And that is what the July 2008 Swap is all about. We’re swapping pillowcases and a thoughtfully selected book/magazine. We’re giving the gift of relaxation and encouraging our swap buddies to take a break, snuggle down and just “be” for a bit.

   What a great idea for a swap theme, Heather. July is going to be insane for me, what with being in California for 8 days, and at the lake for a week, so I think I’ll wait until August to rejoin the swap action.
