Take it from a very senior (sometimes) blogger who has had “freckles and splotches and spots” ever since I can remember…..they aren’t so bad and some people even love them. I embrace mine, but I have to admit it’s taken be lots of years to do that. The same with my light auburn hair which is now browning out and turning grey…..I wish I could have appreciated it when I could have, rather than obsessing and thinking I was ugly. We’re taught to think those plastic, photoshopped, airbrushed, anorexic people in fashion magazines are the true beauties and that sucks! arghhhhhhhh
If it helps any, I’ve been 36 for a while now and if I have (more than) a few freckles, at least I’m not creaking yet…
