Have you heard of the Reverse Graffiti Project sponsored by Green Works? Seriously, I think I'm gonna hire this guy to come do this in my shower.
»» commentsIt is 1:30 and I should be snoozin' in bed next to Mr. OMSH, but instead I'm looking for a dollar to try the shirt fold from this Money Origami site.

Well, as we all know, Mr. OMSH recently got the ride of his life.
Because I’m rather partial to this one particular shot, I’ll use it to spark your memory.
Well, I’ve been hankering for my own ride. Something with a comfortable seat and not too many gizmos to confuse me. I wanted people to hear me coming, of course, and a smooth ride up and over the many hills that make up the piney woods of my hometown. I knew I’d want something more vibrant than Mr. OMSH, definitely not as much chrome, and certainly not as thick of wheels.
I’ve been probing online for a few months, but didn’t find what I wanted until we stopped into a bike shop on the South side of Conroe on the way to the Apple store in The Woodlands Mall.
I didn’t even get to take it for a ride, but it was love at first site - straight from the pages of a catalog. Seriously, I couldn’t imagine riding anything else after seeing it; the easiest sale the saleman has made all month, maybe even all year.
Introducing Grace - for it was by the grace of God I found her and hopefully that same grace that’ll keep me from running her into a tree, car, gully, etc…

Wheeeeee!!!
Ohhhh, she’s a beaut…or a bute, or however you spell that shortened version of the word.
I LOVE it! I love the colors! That’s definitely my style :-)
Oooohh….she’s just gorgeous! Reminds me of my psychedelic banana seat bike Circa 1972!
Love the color!!
She’s so preeeeetty. I’m jealous.
OH! I adore your bike. It’s beautiful. I can’t wait till you get it in. They don’t make it in red, do they?
Two words: Suh WEET!
It vaguely reminds me of Pee Wee’s Big Adventure, in a good way! Now you just need a bell!
That is pretty much the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. I’m going to get one, then move to Texas, then we’re gonna ride all around with our hair tucked into silk scarves with big sunglasses on, okay?
Thanks all!
Lynn - My first bike had a banana seat. It was a Fantasy Island bike. Cracks me up to think of it now - how we pumped each other and rode them until they creaked.
Sparkliesunshine - They make the Amsterdam bike in a few different shades, but there are similar cruisers and townies you can view at their site online.
Chef - IT DOES have a bell. Looks like this.
Rhi - YES! Let’s!
Please..please…..photos of you riding it! It will make my day! :-D
That is an AWESOME cruiser!!! I want it! That is my absolute favorite color and I love the bright punches of color in the pink and tangerine-orange. Niiiiiice.
Jealous. That’s Me…
Cute !
Okay, if DH will grant me a cool sexy bike like that, I’ll pass my 15-speed down to my getting-too-tall-already oldest daughter with good graces. That is totally COOOOOOL. And I know where I can get an extra, extra, extra-wide bike saddle so I wouldn’t bruise my poor, wide, flat hindey-parts.
Hey! That’s the bike I was hoping to get!!!
How does it ride??
Is it comfy and smooth?
Hee. Okay. I’m on my way. I’ll need a job, so if you know anyone needing an Online Marketing Manager, send them my way!!
LOVE IT!!!!
Ummm. Bike. Lust. Nu-uh. I’m drooling.
That bike is fabulous! Mine was stolen last year and I really would like a new one… and this - this! - bike looks like the perfect replacement.
Enjoy your cruising!
OMSH and I are now planning to ride together to Daytona, Florida for Bike Week. I am so excited.
Hi! We haven’t met yet. I found you through sandiegomamma. I have serious bike envy. I’ll think of yours while I’m on my rusting pile of junk.
