Besides the fact that all forms of organization makes me want to swoon, when you merge the words closets and guru into the same URL...I am SO THERE.

Thank you CPC for alerting me to this:
FDA Warns Consumers Not to Eat Certain Jars of Peter Pan Peanut Butter and Great Value Peanut Butter
Product May be Contaminated With Salmonella
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is warning consumers not to eat certain jars of Peter Pan peanut butter or Great Value peanut butter due to risk of contamination with Salmonella Tennessee (a bacterium that causes foodborne illness). The affected jars of Peter Pan and Great Value peanut butter have a product code located on the lid of the jar that begins with the number “2111.” Both the Peter Pan and Great Value brands are manufactured in a single facility in Georgia by ConAgra. Great Value peanut butter made by other manufacturers is not affected.
If consumers have any of this Peter Pan or Great Value brand peanut butter in their home that has been purchased since May 2006, they should discard it.
My son eats PBJ every day - that and cheetos. I know, I should be ashamed. BUT HE LIKES IT. At any rate, I tossed mine, but man … it was nearly empty.
What was the song? “Picky people pick Peter Pan Peanut Butter, it’s the peanut butter picky people pick?”
Better change those lyrics … apparently this isn’t the company’s first recall.

Makes me so happy that I am one of those choosy moms that chose JIF!
My sister’s PPPB was almost empty too, but she has not felt sick at all…..YET!
Your little guy has Superhero guts! He needs a cape.
JIF (made by Smuckers), Smuckers, and Skippy were the only PB on the shelf when I was at the grocery today. Yes, Choosy moms choose JIF! We eat JIF. I bet others will soon too. ;)
My Flynt eats PB&J and cheetos (White cheese naturals) everyday too. But now, because of this, he asks for “baseball bat” (shortened from - peanut butta jelly with a baseball bat.)
OMG, that freaks me out. You never, ever know. Glad you guys didn’t get sick.
I wouldn’t throw it away. Lawyers are saying you should keep them. I think maybe for a possible suit. I realize your baby didn’t get sick, thank God, but I think it’s wise to hang onto it. I think that was on nbc.com
Thank God I’m a Jif momma!
I’m glad nobody got sick over there!
