Oh goodness. I know it wasn’t that long ago, but I remember being a preteen and being glued to the wall phone in my parent’s kitchen. I used to twirl the entire cord around my body as I talked or wind it really tightly and then let the phone swing around to straighten out again. Good times. I think my parent’s still have that same phone, oddly enough.
